Notice 1300 ACRES OF LAND FOR SALE
The Subscriber offers for sale his well _________ acres at Mott's Corners. lving on the Catskill Turnpike 7 miles from Ithaca. Containing about 1300 acres of valuable wheat and grazing land a part under good improvement and well fenced. About 20 dwelling houses and suitable barns and out houses, orchards of excellent fruit are situated on different parts of the land the whole being so situated as to be sold in different parcels to suit purchasers.
